Services

Dr. Bazzi does not participate in any insurance plans and she is considered an out-of-network provider. Patients pay for services directly and Dr. Bazzi walks her patients through the process of getting reimbursed by their insurance for out-of-network costs, if applicable. 

All forensic services are not covered by any commercial insurances and are fully paid for out of pocket by the patient.
